Bennetts Creek Crossing is located in Suffolk, Virginia, at the intersection of Bridge Road (US Route 17) and Shoulders Hill Road, which is the epicenter of the fastest growing area in southeastern Virginia. Phase I is anchored by a 58,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store and includes 52,000 square feet of small shops. Phase II is anchored by a 10,000 square foot Dollar Tree and Phase III is comprised of 7,850 square feet of small shops. It is a joint venture between Robinson Development Group and an entity owned by Robert M. Stanton and Teresa C. Peters.
