Ghent Station is a 52,770 square foot, mix-used project located on 21st Street in historic Ghent. Tenants include a 26,400 square foot, 2-level, medical office building occupied by Bon Secours and a 22,170 square foot Fresh Market with several small shops. This was a joint venture with Robinson Development Group and Stanton Partners. The property was sold in 2015.
