Great Bridge Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Battlefield Boulevard and Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. The center is anchored by a 52,000 square foot Kroger grocery store and has a total leasable area of 157,000 square feet. Tenants include Chili’s, Dollar Tree, Cato, Hallmark, Panera Bread, Pets Supplies Plus and Tuesday Morning. In 2016, the center underwent a $2 million renovation to update the facade. It was acquired and redeveloped by a partnership composed of the Blackstone Group headquartered in New York and Robert M. Stanton. The Blackstone interest was subsequently acquired by Stanton and Teresa C. Peters.
