Harbor Heights is a 15-story mixed use project including a 37,000 square foot grocery store operated by Farm Fresh on the ground floor, 285-space parking garage on the next three levels, 70,000 square feet of office space on the next two levels, which will serve as the executive offices of Tidewater Community College, and 66 condominiums and 33 lofts on the nine levels above the office space. The project is located between Tazewell Place and College Place at their intersections with Boush Street in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. It is a joint venture between Robinson Development Group and an entity owned by Robert M. Stanton and Teresa C. Peters.
